The money that Little Hickory Productions Inc., raises through its production of Hickory Fest in Pennsylvania, goes to support the causes that were near and dear to Sue Cunningham's heart.

• The Tioga County Pennsylvania Relay for Life, with close to $50,000 raised to date! 
• The Sue Cunningham Memorial Music Scholarship at the Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach Florida. 
• The Sari Center for Integrative Cancer Care in Palm Beach County Florida. 
• The Sue Cunningham Music Scholarship at the Wellsboro Area High School in Wellsboro Pennsylvania. 
• The Sue Cunningham Music Scholarship at the Rock L. Butler Middle School in Wellsboro Pennsylvania. 
• The NEW Sue Cunningham Music Scholarship at Mansfield University in Mansfield Pennsylvania. This is an Endowed Scholarship.
